Evan graduated in December, 2020 from Flower Mound High School with a weighted GPA of 4.062. He took Pre-AP English, Pre-AP Biology, Pre-AP Geography, AP World History, and Dual-Credit English. He graduated early so that he could attend North Central Texas College during the spring semester to earn college credits and work at the same time. He took Psychology and College Algebra from NCTC in the spring.
While at FMHS, he was a member of the football team, the basketball team, and a basketball team manager. He was a member of the English Honor Society, the French Club, and I Am Second. At his church, he served as a church children's program volunteer and was an audio-visual tech volunteer.
While going to NCTC in the spring, Evan continued to fulfill his basketball manager duties at FMHS. He was also a full-time employee of Custom Cable Connection and was in charge of sending bulk products to Amazon Fulfillment. He has also worked at Altitude Trampoline Park, and continues to work part-time at DoorDash to earn extra funds for college.
On attending LSU, Evan states, "It has always been my dream to go to LSU since I was 10 years old, and now my dream is turning into a reality. I am a very dedicated person and won’t take this opportunity for granted. I can’t wait to make the Tarrant Tiger Alumni Association proud!"
Sports are Evan's passion, and he would love to have a job in the sports entertainment market. He is going to major in Sports Administration and will be a manager for the LSU basketball team in the fall.
We wish him all the best as he begins his college years as an LSU Tiger!
